Winter 2002 - Spring 2004: Master bathroom renovation
- A complete gutting of the master bathroom.

2004

January - Window Replacement
- New windows throughout house and replaced sliding glass door with sliding French door in the living room
March - Guest Bathroom sink replacement
- Replaced tile sink top with cultured marble sink
Ongoing - Master bathroom renovation
- Lots and lots of work on master bathroom

2003

March - Living room stenciling
- Stenciled a geometric border along ceiling of living room
April - Front yard landscaping
- Completely replanted landscaping bed at front corner of yard

2002

January: Recessed lighting in living room
- Added a new lighting circuit and split half the house onto it. Installed a set of 4 recessed lights in the living room
February: - Guest bathroom vanity
- Sanded down and painted vanity with a decorative finish on doors, and added hardware
April - May: Crown molding
- Added crown molding in office and master bedroom
June - Aug: Front yard landscaping - part 1
- Redid area against front of house, and removed groundcover from all bedded areas, replacing with bark

2001

January 21 - Peephole
- Added a peephole to the front door
January 28 - New Exterior Garage Door
- Replaced the hollow door from the backyard to the garage with a steel door that a deadbolt can be added to.
Feb 3,9 - Painted Guest Bedroom Closet Doors
- Painted the formerly green and yellow closet doors white.
March 24-April 1: Garden work
- Had 250 cubic feet of topsoil delivered, and moved it back to the garden area
- Rented a rototiller to prepare the garden for planting
February 11 - April 1: Fireplace work
- Work to finish stripping the paint off the fireplace.
April 14: Front Porch flowers
- Added a potted jasmine, gardenia and a hanging fuchsia
May 20, 27: Redo landscaping rocks
- Removed bed of landscaping rocks to put down black weed-block fabric, then replaced rocks.
June 3: Fireplace mantle
- Added an oak surround mantle
July: New ceiling fans
- Replaced ceiling fans in kitchen and two bedrooms
Nov - Dec: Guest Bedroom crown molding
- Added white crown molding in guest bedroom

2000

July 26 - July 28: Painting
July 29: Move in
Aug 12 - Oct.4: Wiring work
- Ran new phone lines and Ethernet to all rooms
Sept 17 - 23: Guest Bathroom
- Strip wallpaper, primed and painted 1st half of bathroom
Oct 1 - Oct 7: Guest Bedroom Stenciling
- Added a stenciled flower border
Oct 14: Electrical Work
- Had a contractor add a new grounded circuit to the office
- Added new outlets throughout the house
- Additional wiring in garage
Oct 29 - Nov 14: Fireplace work
- Started to strip paint off the fireplace.
Dec 2 - 3: Guest Bathroom
- Strip wallpaper, primed and painted 2nd half of bathroom. Cut down mirror and added shelves
August - January: Garden
- Work to turn backyard play area into a garden
